2023 Year End Tax Information

End of Year 1098 information:

• • 1098’s were mailed at the beginning of January. If you have not received by mid-February, please call us at 513-842-0972 or email us at [email protected] to obtain a copy.
  • On some 1098’s, the tax amounts paid out DO NOT equal the amount in the taxes paid box. Please look at the escrow tax disbursement transactions in the account history to confirm the amount paid for the taxes in 2023.
  • The principal balance is as of end of day December 31, 2022. The balance at the end of the 1098 form is the balance as of December 31, 2023. (example below)
